Why MAPLE?

WHY MAPLE?

MAPLE provides Member Clubs with levels of play from developmental to elite. The mission of MAPLE is inclusive of player development and highly competitive play.

At younger ages, play is scheduled on both geographical and team level of play. At older ages, play is scheduled based solely on level of play.

Age group divisionalization is based on qualitative performance and not subjective criteria.

MAPLE does not restrict teams or clubs to any geographical boundaries. Teams can be comprised of players from any number of geographical locations.

MAPLE play is open to clubs of any size as long as they meet club standards.

MAPLE is the primary league for qualification for State Cup and Region 1 competitions.

MAPLE supports clubs who decide to play in Region 1 Competition and does not penalize those teams who decide to return to MAPLE play.

MAPLE provides centralized scheduling for fall and spring seasons so clubs and teams do not have to work to create their own schedules.

At U12 MAPLE provides play in both 8v8 and 11v11 formats.

MAPLE pays referees so that clubs and teams do not incur an additional burden to pay cash to referees at every game.

MAPLE is an NSCAA affiliated league.
