1). Coaches 3 teams: one team 9vs9 & 2 teams 11vs11

2). Oversees recruiting throughout the boys teams in the club

3). Coaches weekly clinic program over the Winter months

4). Coaches vacation clinics i.e. February & April

5). Other promotional or recruiting clinics as required in Fall & Spring

This position is best suited to a young, dynamic coach who has some experience but has the desire and energy to get involved on another level with a club. Reliability and strong work ethic are a given. They should also have initiative and be willing to watch games, identify prospects and followup appropriately. The candidate reports directly to the Director of Coaching. Familiarity with the Boston North Shore area is an advantage.
