Explosion is currently seeking qualified coaches to join our Coaching staff in Southeastern Massachusetts. EFC operates out of the greater Attleboro area and has it’s home game fields in Rehoboth.
The qualified candidate will Have…………
• A minimum of an NSCAA National Diploma or USSF ‘E’ License. A desire to always be learning the next step of their coaching career.
• Be willing to adapt to the clubs Mission Statement located on our web site.
• must have 2 years relevant coaching experience
• A significant comfort level in coaching and teaching the youngest of our players at u7 through our oldest players at u18.
• Dependable, reliable transportation to get to and from practices 2-3 times per week and games on Sundays.
• Be physically fit, morally balanced and the willingness to adapt to the EFC philosophy of play.
• Must of played the game and understands it at several levels
• Must be a US citizen or have a green card and be able to work in US legally.
This candidate will report directly to the director of Coaching Julius Summerville. Compensation for this part time position will be based on experience, license level and amount of teams you are responsible for.
