We are the East Coast’s most popular early childhood soccer development program and we have recently expanded to the Boston Area. We are looking to add a Staff Coach to our team who has experience working with children and has the drive to make our program the best it can be!

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with individuals 2 – 12 years old, mentor and guide the coaching team, as well as dive into community outreach to help expand our program.

This is a full-time 40 hour position with exceptional growth potential.

In addition to coaching approximately 25 – 30 classes a week, this position will play a key role in developing the coaching team. Examples of duties other than coaching are listed below, but not limited to:

• Mentor and guide the coaching team
• Supervise and evaluate educators and coaches to ensure program quality
• Prepare and lead coach trainings
• Promote the program
• Assist with grassroots marketing including flyering, events, and demo classes
• Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with schools, recreation departments, community centers, partnership programs facilities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with coaches and instructors

Training to begin immediately and a one week stay in New York is required for additional training (transportation and lodging provided.)

Access to a car is highly preferred, but all may apply.
